NAGPUR: In the matter of recruitment of deans and directors for ten posts in the four state agriculture universities (SAUs), Justice BP Dharmadikhari and PR Bhora of Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court have issued notice to the Maharashtra Council of Agriculture Education and Research (MCAER) which had issued an advertisement for recruitment illegally even though the state government has created a separate board for recruitments for these posts in all the SAUs. The notice was issued on April 15 and reply of respondents is expected by April 28. BG Kulkarni appeared for petitioner and AR Patil for Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth (PDKV).
